Diploma in Real Estate Agency (DREA) is a part-time diploma programme that caters for working adults looking to enhance their career in the real estate industry.

Conducted by seasoned real estate agents and leading academics, DREA is the start of your pathway to become a registered estate agent.

DREA graduates receive full exemption from Part 1 and Part 2 of the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVEAP)'s Estate Agents Written Examination, and you can apply to be Probationary Estate Agents (PEA) after the completion of DREA.
