As an effort to further enhance the professionalism of the industry, the Board has decided to impose new requirements for those who wanted to get themselves certified as Real Estate Negotiators (REN) effective from 1st October 2024: -
Must attend the Negotiators Certification Course (NCC) and pass the NCC Online Assessment. Certificates will only be issued to those who passes the online assessment.
Must possess minimum academic qualifications of SPM or equivalent or higher.
Must show current proof of non-bankruptcy status.
All old expired REN tags are required to be returned to the Board in exchange for the new REN tags.
