M.A.R.E.C. an acronym for Malaysian Annual Real Estate Convention provides a platform for the biggest annual gathering of the Real Estate practitioners. Entering its 39th year and will attract over 500 practitioners this coming 26th & 27th February 2025. The aim is to provide a ground for the high-level learning experience, to transfer relevant ideas and to embrace the challenges in the market. In addition, the practitioners gather at this two-day Convention from throughout Malaysia to network and foster unity to grow the real estate practice and enhance peak performance.

This year, MAREC 2025 is excited to organize an official attempt for the Malaysia Book of Records for the largest gathering of real estate practitioners participating in a unified activity at the same place and time. This record-breaking attempt will serve as a remarkable milestone, adding prestige and creating a memorable experience for all attendees, while further emphasizing the significance and impact of the event.

The Convention will bring high-powered local and overseas speakers. They will be covering a wide range of relevant topics including inspirational stories, real estate trends, selling skill development, meeting and understanding clients' needs and embracing change. These speakers will contribute ideas and share on the theme of "Insights and Strategies for Malaysian Real Estate".
