    With 13 years of dedicated private practice and a further 2 years of in-house legal expertise, I am a highly resourceful and experienced legal expert specializing in conveyancing, commercial, and corporate law. My proficiency spans a wide array of legal services, with a particular focus on real estate transactions, housing project developments, land lease agreements, and resolving land disputes.
    My skill set is further highlighted by my meticulous approach to the preparation, drafting, and finalization of various legal documents and contracts. This includes sales and purchase agreements, procurement agreements, sales of goods contracts, partnership agreements, and intricate shareholder arrangements such as share sales and subscriptions. I serve a diverse clientele, from individuals to corporate entities like housing developers, banks, government-linked corporations, agencies, statutory bodies, and private companies, including SMEs.
    I have practiced at Tawfeek Badjenid & Partners, Ipoh Branch for 11 years since 2013 until 2024 and currently moved to Butterworth Branch as Senior Legal Associates heading Conveyancing, Commercial & Corporate Department.
    I have acted as legal advisor to client’s organisations in regards to contract such as Joint Venture Agreement (JVA), incorporation of Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) pursuant to a JV, acquisition and other corporate matters to enforce compliance with statutory duties.

    - Project Development, Taman Jati Behrang, between Individual Proprietor and Developer
    - Project Development, Taman Gelong Pepuyu, between Koperasi and Developer
    - Incorporation of SPV company to acquire land at Cameron Highlands
    I have also provided various clients with professional legal advice and support on issues such as legal fees, bills and disbursements, exemption on stamp duties imposed by LHDN and other relevant matters with objectives to assist clients to spend within budget and cost efficient.
    I am also well versed in National Land Code 1965, Companies Act 2016, MyCOID, Stamp Act 1949, Financial Services Act 2013, Islamic Financial Services Act 2013, Contract Act 1950 and other Commercial Laws and Regulations.
    I have been invited to give talk to real property agencies, government agencies and also banks in regards to real estate transactions and land matters.
