Refund Policy

Please be reminded that it is CRUCIAL for you to key in the REQUIRED DETAILS ACCURATELY when registering and making payments via FIUU via our website. Your failure will result in inordinate delays in the registration process, resulting in a delay in the issuance of a MIEA official receipt. MIEA will NOT guarantee your seat until our official receipt has been issued. Should you fail to receive a confirmation of payment from FIUU and/or a MIEA official receipt AFTER 48 hours from the time of your e-payment, please give us a call at 03-79602577 or write to us at admin@miea.com.my (Aisyah).

Your refund entitlement is dependent on the date of your communication to MIEA to cancel the class, as shown below :

1. More than 14 days before the event: entitled to a full refund = RM 648.00
2. Less than 14 days before the event: entitled to 90% amount of the total fee = RM 583.20
3. Less than 7 days before the event: entitled to 80% amount of the total fee = RM 518.40
4. After the event = Non-refundable
5. This policy will take immediate effect IMMEDIATELY.
